Twin Rivers Properties is a family-owned and operated company based out of Pictou County, NS. The company is run by a father and son team that has worked in the land lease industry for over a decade and residential rentals for the past 25 years. Twin Rivers owns communities throughout Nova Scotia and PEI and brings a hands-on approach to managing their properties. Currently, Twin Rivers owns and manages just under 800 rental units.

Out of our property side of our business we saw a need for another mini home supplier in the market. This option had to be top quality and in 2020 Twin River Home Builders was born.  Twin Rivers is the only manufacturer of mini and modular homes in Nova Scotia and we currently operate out of our over 34,000 sqft facility in Granton, just outside of New Glasgow.  

Certification

All our homes conform to CSAZ240MH and A277. This means that our homes are code compliant to all the latest building codes.  

Warranty 

All our homes come with a 8 year structural home warranty provided through Lux Home Warranty.  Twin Rivers also provides a 1 year manufacturer warranty covering defects.
